Wow.
The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has an EIGHTY PERCENT reversal rate at the Supreme Court.
That's a truly awful record.

Would you buy a car that wouldn't work 80% of the time?
If you missed 80% of the questions on a test you would fail.
If 80% of what you do at work fails you would be fired.
The 9th is broken. Something is seriously wrong with this court.
These judges should be split up and transferred to other courts to minimize the damage they are doing.
The median reversal rate for all circuits is 68.29%, and the reversal rate for the Federal Circuit is 84%. Also, over ten years, the Ninth Circuit disposed of 114,199 cases, of which the Supreme Court only reviewed 175 and reversed 140. So another way of looking at it is the Ninth Circuit was reversed only 0.1226% of the time.
