Lady Gaga Halftime Show

I'm sure some Leftists are disappointed that Lady Gaga didn't make any overtly political statement during her Super Bowl LI halftime show.

She was inclusive and chose to unify rather than be divisive.

What a concept!

Video of the performance here.

Lady Gaga Gets Patriotic In Her Halftime Performance, Strays Away From Politics

Lady Gaga’s patriotic halftime show during Super Bowl LI lacked an obvious political statement amidst speculation that it might.

Many thought Gaga, who was an outspoken supporter of Hillary Clinton during the presidential campaign and after Trump's victory, would use her platform to speak on issues. Instead, she spread a message of unity in the high-energy performance.

The star set off the show with a performance of “God Bless America” and “This Land is Your Land” beneath 300 red, white, and blue drones that formed an American flag.

The singer ended her intro with the pledge of allegiance before jumping off the roof (while suspended) and onto the stage to perform some of her greatest hits, including “Poker Face,” “Born This Way,” and “Just Dance.”

The singer said last week in a press conference about her upcoming performance that she has a passion for inclusion.

"I believe in the spirit of equality and the spirit of this country as one of love, and compassion, and kindness,” Gaga said. “My performance will uphold those philosophies."
I thought Lady Gaga did delivered an amazing show.

She looked great. No wardrobe malfunctions.

Her patriotism was sincere. She didn't say she was embarrassed to be an American. Instead, she recited a portion of the Pledge of Allegiance, "One nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all," before she leapt from the roof to an elevated stage.

Her entrance was phenomenal, and so was her exit.

She sang and danced and entertained EVERYONE.
