Pope: Texting At Dinner and War

Pope Francis says that texting at the dinner table could result in war.

He doesn't mean war in the home, but war among nations due to the lack of face-to-face dialogue.

I think the pope is being a bit over-the-top on this, but I agree about the importance of communication.

Want to start a war in my home?

Bring out your phone at the dinner table.

I have zero tolerance for that.

Of course, there are emergencies and special situations that require immediate attention. But just bringing out a phone and ignoring others around the table? No way.
