Rachel Maddow and Jimmy Fallon: Trump's Tax Return (Video)

NBC and MSNBC are really milking the Trump tax return "scoop."

Rachel Maddow was a guest on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Her segment was devoted exclusively to hyping the Trump tax return story.

She was so excited, literally jumping up and down when she made her entrance. She could barely contain herself. It was unprofessional.

Fallon brought up that she was trending on Twitter last night, as if that was a big deal.

Maddow was wearing sneakers that her partner, Susan, bought for her when she found out that Maddow "got the scoop." As Maddow tells it, Susan said, "These are your 'you got the president's tax returns' sneakers."

The segment was more of a celebration than a discussion. We all know the bias of Maddow and MSNBC and NBC News, but it was still weird.
