Then came the big letdown. The Leftists' claims about Trump paying no taxes or making little money were debunked.

Trump paid a higher tax rate than Mitt Romney and Bernie Sanders and Barack Obama.

Romney 2011 tax rate: 14.1%
Sanders 2014 tax rate: 13.5%

So we were supposed to believe that Trump was unsuccessful in business. We were told he paid no taxes.

Wrong and wrong, at least in 2005.

Now, of course, this isn't the end. The call for Trump's tax returns won't stop because of a glimpse at his 2005 return.

The complaining will continue. Nothing has changed.
