So, people believed Cruz to be a ticking time bomb but no one did anything about it.
I wonder if anyone, particularly his parents/guardians or his teachers, tried to get him help to prevent something like this from happening.
If Cruz had threatened people, why weren't the threats taken seriously?
I certainly don't know what could have been done or should have been done to prevent Cruz from walking into that school and murdering so many innocents yesterday.
But don't we have an obligation to act to protect the innocent?
