The New York Times sunk to a new low on Wednesday, publishing "I Am Part of the Resistance Inside the Trump Administration."
From the New York Times:
Oh, good grief.
The Times today is taking the rare step of publishing an anonymous Op-Ed essay. We have done so at the request of the author, a senior official in the Trump administration whose identity is known to us and whose job would be jeopardized by its disclosure. We believe publishing this essay anonymously is the only way to deliver an important perspective to our readers.
The writer of the op-ed declares, "I work for the president but like-minded colleagues and I have vowed to thwart parts of his agenda and his worst inclinations."
President Trump is facing a test to his presidency unlike any faced by a modern American leader.Apparently, Mr./Ms. Anonymous thinks this piece will cause the president's supporters to abandon him and reject all the accomplishments of the first twenty months of his presidency.
It’s not just that the special counsel looms large. Or that the country is bitterly divided over Mr. Trump’s leadership. Or even that his party might well lose the House to an opposition hellbent on his downfall.
The dilemma — which he does not fully grasp — is that many of the senior officials in his own administration are working diligently from within to frustrate parts of his agenda and his worst inclinations.
I would know. I am one of them.
To be clear, ours is not the popular “resistance” of the left. We want the administration to succeed and think that many of its policies have already made America safer and more prosperous.
But we believe our first duty is to this country, and the president continues to act in a manner that is detrimental to the health of our republic.
Really?
An anonymous op-ed in the New York Times?
HAHAHAHAHA!!!
The president commented on the idiotic op-ed:
The Failing New York Times! pic.twitter.com/SHsXvYKpBf

Does the so-called “Senior Administration Official” really exist, or is it just the Failing New York Times with another phony source? If the GUTLESS anonymous person does indeed exist, the Times must, for National Security purposes, turn him/her over to government at once!

I wondered the same thing. Is Mr./Ms. Anonymous real? Is this just more derangement?
The timing is suspect. This piece just happens to drop during the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation hearing, when the Democrats and swamp dwellers are reminded of how powerless they are.
Whatever, this lame op-ed doesn't matter to me. I'm completely desensitized to this Trump derangement garbage. I dismiss it.
Nearly 63 million Americans are being attacked day in and day out. It is relentless. We're attacked by Democrat politicians, their Leftist media mouthpieces, Hollywood celebrities, professional athletes, social media giants, etc.
We've seen the lengths the Deep State will go to undermine the president. Government agencies engaged in an organized campaign to thwart the will of the people. It's a scandal that gets bigger every day.
Do these Leftists/Never Trump resisters really think they are winning over anyone? Do they really think Trump supporters will reward their marathon hissy fit by giving them power?
Just like during the recall of Gov. Scott Walker, all these attacks will backfire. Here in Wisconsin, we've seen how this sort of insanity plays out.
It doesn't end well for the Leftists.
