The live TV moment has gone international.

A mug? That explanation doesn't cut it. I've heard a lot of mugs scrape lots of surfaces. That's not the sound.

This really is hilarious. The incident is getting so much attention and analysis.

Maybe Adam Schiff will follow Swalwell's lead and attempt to boost the poor ratings for his goofy hearings with a Swalwell sort of bombshell.
