Executive Order: Twitter Loses Liability Shield

Twitter chose to be a biased platform, no longer being a neutral site.

Because of its pattern of censorship against conservatives and its new fact-checking labels with links to biased Leftist outlets, Twitter should not be protected with the liability shield it has enjoyed. Since Twitter is now acting as a publisher rather than a neutral platform with no agenda, the president is right to hold Twitter accountable in terms of liability.

Twitter should not be protected since it has declared its bias. It's a publisher, not an open platform. It's now in the business of declaring what's true and false rather than offering a forum for sharing information. Twitter targets people and metes out punishment. Obviously, there should no longer be a
liability shield for Twitter under these circumstances.

With its new policies, Twitter made the choice to forfeit its protection.

This executive order deals with liability. It does not silence anyone.
