Warren appears to roll her eyes as Joe Biden continually confuses what he's saying pic.twitter.com/2aw2A2LyYm

It's so obvious that Joe Biden has dramatically declined cognitively. Elizabeth Warren even can't help but react when Biden screws up yet again.
The onus is on Biden to prove that he is fit to serve as president, given that he routinely becomes confused, is unable to read his own notes, cannot follow a teleprompter, and doesn't know what's going on in general.
He needs to get out of his basement now and start acting like a legitimate presidential candidate.
Biden and the president absolutely must hold in-person debates.
If Biden's handlers try to get out of any or all of the three debates, President Trump should offer to come to the Biden basement. Stage the debates there. The candidates and moderators can all be tested for the Wuhan coronavirus. Biden would have home field advantage. However, any advantage he'd have by being in his familiar surroundings would be completely erased by the disastrous optics of appearing so frail that he was incapable of leaving his home. President Trump would be visiting Biden, the elderly shut-in.
There is absolutely no excuse to keep the candidates from debating.
At the height of the outbreak, there were daily briefings at the White House and members of the press were in attendance. There is no way a gathering to televise a debate between the presidential candidates can be depicted as too risky.
Keeping Biden in the basement is a losing strategy, especially since Americans have been working and shopping throughout the entire outbreak. Americans have also watched the massive mobs protesting in our streets, as well as rioting, looting, defacing buildings and destroying monuments, committing arson and assault. We've also seen the large, multiple funeral events for George Floyd and John Lewis, while so many Americans have been denied even small funerals for their own precious loved ones.
Biden must quit hiding. He must debate the president, in-person.
Americans must have the opportunity to witness the candidates interact in a debate forum and assess their policies and abilities.
