Someone needs to teach Joe Biden how to cover his persistent cough.

He claims he can manage the pandemic but he can't manage coughing into his elbow.

During his Warren, Michigan event, Biden doesn't appear healthy. He's frail. He can't read the teleprompter.

Even these very small, scripted campaign stops seem to be too much for him.
