Joe Biden can’t remember the names of world leaders - after being in office for 47 years.

He looks very weak on the stage. Rocking a bit, changing positions slowly and gripping the podium at times.

Joe Biden really bumbled around on the North Korea question. He seemed very confused, couldn't find words, and struggled to remember names. His bizarre claim that we had a "good relationship with Hitler" was noticed by many.

Biden doesn't know history. That shouldn't hurt him with his voters because they slso don't know history.
But for the record, we did not have a good relationship with Hitler.
