Candy Cane Lane - Black Lives Matter Protest

UNBELIEVABLE!

Black Lives Matter actually targeted Candy Cane Lane in West Allis last night. These thugs set out to shut down a charity that benefits the fight against childhood cancer.

For decades, families have gone to the neighorhood to see the Christmas lights. Volunteers collect donations from the visitors for the MACC Fund - Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer. Santa Claus even takes time to be there to greet the children.

Acccording to the Candy Cane Lane website: "Since its inception, the neighborhood program has raised more than $2.8 million. More than $121,000 was raised last year alone! Visitors come from far and away to drive or stroll through this winter wonderland of holiday sights and sounds."

It's a beloved holiday tradition for many Milwaukee area families. Especially during this COVID nightmare, going to Candy Cane Lane is a treat. It's one of the rare Chrstmas activities that hasn't been cancelled or dramatically altered because of the virus.

We were there Thursday night, expecting to avoid weekend crowds. We definitely miscalculated. The streets were packed, but we didn't mind. Inching along allowed for more time to take in the displays.

Just twenty-four hours later, Candy Cane Lane was not the scene of holiday cheer. Black Lives Matter thugs hijacked the community charity event.

Watch:
More: This really angers me.

The MACC Fund helps children suffering from cancer. The color of their skin isn't a factor.

Why do these Black Lives Matter thugs go after something that does so much good and brings so much joy?

I guess they're just hateful, selfish, horrible people.

Really disgusting.
