New CDC Guidelines - Outdoor Gatherings, Vaccinations, and Masks

The CDC and its COVID guidelines are laughable.
It's supposed to be a big deal that now we are allowed to gather outside in small groups with both vaccinated and unvaccinated people.
I hope most Americans have been following the science and gathering outside without fear.
