This is so embarrassing. Biden is incapable of functioning on the world stage. Boris Johnson and the others know it so they try to prop Biden up and cover his mistakes. These leaders know that with Biden in office they're back to screwing American taxpayers again.
At the end of this clip, you hear the now familiar "Let's go" from Biden's handlers, ushering out the press. And the media are OK with it.

When they said Biden was going to be the next FDR who knew it actually meant a coordinated press campaign to hide his condition.
