Biden calls on a reporter following remarks about #HurricaneIda and the reporter asks him about his disaster in Afghanistan.

Biden immediately states he doesn't want to talk about Afghanistan and walks away. 13 U.S. troops were killed after a chaotic situation Biden caused. pic.twitter.com/mmNPlpciLZ
First, Biden must stop saying things like "I'm not supposed to" and "I'm going to get in trouble." He sounds like a child, not the leader of the Free World. Second, turning his back once again on a reporter asking a question about Afghanistan is a disaster. He's done this so many times. I'm certain his handlers/caregivers instruct him to do this because he can't respond with accurate and appropriate information. The buck stops with Jill Biden, caregiver-in-chief. This charade can't go on. Here's some additional video:Following statement at FEMA on Hurricane Ida.

Biden: "I'm not supposed to take any questions, but go ahead".
Question: "Mr President, on Afghanistan"..
Biden (interrupts): "I'm not going to answer Afghanistan now"...

Biden nonsensically slurs and mumbles, "And thank you, Commissioner. I, I really think it all works," trailing off. Notice after he turns his back, Biden appears lost. He looks around, confused, and needs direction to exit. This is bad.Biden Continues Turning His Back on Afghanistan pic.twitter.com/585C1iXznw
