Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Biden

Watch Biden and Naftali Bennett, the prime minister of Israel:

Biden mumbles his remarks, reading from his notes. He must read even the simplest of comments. This is not how a leader behaves. Biden should be able to speak without relying on a script. His lack of eye contact makes it seem like he's slurring through the copy for the first time. He just stares at the papers prepared for him. There is nothing about Biden that projects strength and competency and conviction.
Naftali Bennett doesn't read his remarks. He communicates with confidence and sincerity. Unlike the impaired Biden, Bennett grasps the content he's expressing. When Bennett removes his mask and speaks of writing "another chapter in the beautiful story of the friendship between our two nations, the United States of America and the Jewish Democratic state of Israel," Biden stares at the floor. He doesn't look Bennett in the eye. He's disengaged, not to mention to disrespectful.
The fact that Biden's cognitive function is so poor that he can't manage to deliver a few remarks in a friendly, relaxed setting is extremely disturbing. This man is unfit to serve as president. He's incapable of being commander-in-chief. That is undeniable.
