Biden Blames Pandemic For Lawlessness

Unlike President Trump, Biden is not about addressing problems. Biden doesn't find solutions and get things done, like President Trump.
Biden creates crises.
He blames COVID for crime as if that exempts him from responsibility for the lawlessness reigning in the country. He should shut down the virus as he promised.
Biden is a failure on every front.
