Kamila Valiyeva Doped, Allowed to Skate

No matter her age, Kamila Valiyeva should not be allowed to compete.
It's not OK to dope. Period.
Kamila Valiyeva failed a drug test. The Russians should not be permitted to get away with cheating.
There needs to be accountability. Without it, the Olympic games are a joke. They're rigged. The medals are worthless.
True, Kamila Valiyeva's career may be harmed by being banned from the competition. But, the damage done to figure skating is guaranteed to be massive if athletes and their coaches/handlers are given the green light to employ banned substances.
The Russians cheat. The Court of Arbitration for Sport doesn't mind.
