In effect, Elon Musk is saying the Democrats have become anti-free speech and anti-freedom.

This radical lurch to the Left is unacceptable to Musk. He views himself as a moderate. He believes voting for Republicans will deliver. Musk is rejecting Democrats because they're pro-censorship and they're anti-freedom. Democrats are not moderate. Biden is not moderate.
