Unhinged Biden Yells Again

When is Biden going to yell about the baby formula crisis? When is he going to yell about the inflation he created that's crushing American families? When is he going to take responsibility for all the suffering his regime and the Democrats are causing?
Never. Never. And never.
I find it highly disturbing when Biden starts yelling like this. He's either mumbling incoherently or screaming. Is it his medication that causes him to have these wild swings?
