Good grief, Biden is a buffoon.
He's mumbling through his script. He has no idea what he's reading. Biden doesn't comprehend the ridiculousness of cargo space for 3.7 bottles of baby formula.

Yes, Biden's cognitive meltdowns are sad. However, his repeated displays of incompetency cannot be ignored.
He's filling the role of president of the United States. His handlers/caretakers are making a mockery of the office.
