Biden's Orders - Cheat Sheet - 'YOU Take YOUR Seat'

Joe Biden isn't senile, guys. His handlers just have to give him step by step directions for every single thing that he does.

The Big Guy has been in politics for half a century and he needs to be given a cheat sheet to remind him he should say hello and take his seat.
This is not normal. Biden's mental state is shockingly poor.
Clearly, his caretakers/handlers don't think he can manage saying hello and sitting down without assistance.
Biden must take a cognitive test and the results must be revealed to the people.
Who's running the country? Not Biden.
