Former House Speaker Paul Ryan says he will miss the Republican National Convention in 2024 if former President Donald Trump wins the party's nomination.
The RNC has scheduled the Republican convention to be in Ryan's home state of Wisconsin, and he is already pushing for the nominee to be anyone "not named Trump."
"For the Republican convention in Milwaukee, where will you be?" a reporter for ABC 12 asked.
"It depends on who the nominee is," Ryan responded. "I'll be here if it's somebody not named Trump."

If the American people choose Donald Trump to be the nominee in 2024, Paul Ryan has put the RNC on notice. He will be having a hissy fit and refuse to attend the Republican convention in Milwaukee.
Paul Ryan was a terrible Speaker of the House. He tarnishes his legacy even more every time he whines about President Trump or holds a fundraiser for Liz Cheney. He seems to forget that President Trump barely lost Wisconsin in 2020. I don't hear Ryan complaining about the influence of Zuckerbucks in Wisconsin and the Democrat Cabal's interference in Wisconsin's election.
Republicans like Paul Ryan aren't really Republicans. They don't care about conservative policies or the future of the country. They are blinded by their hate for President Trump.
Ryan will only attend the Republican convention, hosted by his home state, IF the nominee is not Trump. If Americans choose Trump, Ryan will part ways with the party.
Paul Ryan has no future in politics among conservatives. His little bubble of Liz Cheney acolytes has no chance of being in power and controlling Republicans.
Conservative Americans have rejected the likes of Paul Ryan.
