Biden's handlers/caregivers needed to deflect from Biden's horrible faceplant earlier on Thursday. So, they instructed him to joke about his fall and blame the sandbag he tripped over.
The Biden Regime had to pretend to laugh about it. There was no other way to spin it. The incompetent, unstable, incapable of walking Big Guy took yet another terrible fall. They want to bury the reality that the entire world witnessed. Biden is frail, weak, confused, and utterly unfit to serve.
