It doesn't work when Biden jokes about his advanced age, dementia, and overall decrepitness. The fact that he's been instructed to joke like that doesn't disarm critics or alleviate Americans' concerns about his advanced age, dementia, and overall decrepitness.
All the king's horses and all the king's men can't put the Big Guy together again.
