This is so creepy. Biden chomps at the child's back then goes in for the sniff. Of course, the poor baby is troubled and turns away in fear.
Are Biden's staffers to blame for this creepy, creepy behavior by the Big Guy, Mika Brzezinski?
Who's to blame for this horrific display by Biden? Should Biden's aides have reminded him not to act like a pedophile? Maybe given him a note card telling him not to interact inappropriately with a child?
