Thousands of Illegal Crossings - Yuma Sector

CBP source tells me the Yuma Sector is seeing an uptick in illegal crossings after a temporary drop. They have 17k in custody and they released 7,300 yesterday. Of those who were released, under 5k were given notices to appear.
