Brit Hume Loved Biden's Speech

Yikes. I must have watched a different speech.
I disagree with Brit Hume. Biden wasn't firm. Biden wasn't strong. He was as weak as ever. The speech was rambling and focused far too much on Ukraine. It was a speech meant to justify spending billions and billions more of OUR money. It seemed like his comments about the war on Israel were added as an afterthought. In short, the speech was a mess.
Biden slurred and squinted and mumbled his way through his remarks. He was reading, poorly; he wasn't speaking to the American people. His repeated coughing was terribly distracting.
Biden's words weren't strong. His demeanor wasn't strong. Biden is incapable of projecting strength. He's a frail old man with dementia. He doesn't belong in the Oval Office.
