I didn't find a nationwide emergency alert test strange. This, however, is a bit odd.SOON: The nationwide emergency alert test will begin at 2:20 p.m. ET. Wireless providers will transmit the national test for 30 minutes, but your phone should only receive it once.

FEMA is conducting a nationwide emergency alert system test on Wednesday. Russia is also conducting emergency tests this week to prepare for nuclear blasts. That’s JUST a coincidence though, right? Nothing to worry about, right???
