Biden's Handlers Want Shorter Speeches

NBC reports Biden's handlers are "looking to shorten his speeches" to limit his public displays of cognitive decline.

Biden can't speak. He slurs and mumbles and becomes confused. He can't read his teleprompter. He can't make off-the-cuff remarks because he has dementia. He'll say that his uncle was eaten by cannibals. He needs cheat sheets and note cards for the simplest interaction.
Biden isn't running the country. His puppet masters are pulling the strings.
If Biden doesn't debate President Trump, it's because he's too weak and too demented to perform. Everyone knows that. Everyone in the world knows that.
