CNN Implements 1-2 Minute Delay During Debate

CNN has thought of more ways to cheat viewers of a free and fair presidential debate.

CNN can edit what Americans see.
The network can cut out when Biden bumbles, and mumbles, and shuffles away from the podium, and forgets where he is, and forgets what he's doing.
