Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan Charged with Felony

NEW: Georgia healthcare worker arrested for twerking over a disabled man's head, smacked with a felony charge.

19-year-old Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan was hit with one count of exploitation of a disabled person after she filmed herself dancing over a disabled man.

For anyone with a family member living in a health care facility, this is nightmarish to watch.
Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan is a vile person. She was getting paid to care for this disabled man, not abuse him.
