More scheduling conflicts?
It could be that Michelle doesn't want to bother to behave in a civilized manner. She doesn't want to expend the energy that would take. Maybe she feels inadequate compared to Melania Trump and doesn't want to appear with her. Maybe she's embarrassed that Americans rejected her lies on the Kamala campaign trail. Maybe she's upset with Barack. Who knows? Who cares?
