Meet Cara Rogan, a man pretending to be a woman who is on the board of supervisors for Coolbaugh Township in PA. He harassed a lady at a pharmacy who was trying to pick up medicine and became aggressive after being called "sir."

Cara Rogan does not seem fit to be on the board of supervisors for Coolbaugh Township in Pennsylvania. Rogan's behavior is disturbing. Rogan appears unstable. The "Are you a Trump voter?" remark out of nowhere shows Rogan's derangement.
