'Joe Biden Has a Problem'

From the earliest days of his hoax of a presidency, Biden was suffering from serious cognitive decline. His condition didn't surface in 2023 or later. Biden was a mess from the beginning.

This can't be written off as just another Biden gaffe. This isn't Joe being Joe. He hasn't always been like this.
The man has a serious problem.
No wonder they won't allow him to deliver an address before both houses of Congress, the American people, and the world.
We can't act as if this isn't happening. Biden doesn't remember the name of his secretary of defense. He refers to the Pentagon as "that outfit over there." Biden is not in charge of his own faculties let alone the Executive Branch of the U.S. government.
The Biden presidency is fraudulent. It is a hoax.
