Returning Education to the States

Returning education to the states does not mean the end of federal support for education. It simply means the end of a centralized bureaucracy micromanaging what should be a state-led responsibility.

This is an important distinction. No Department of Education means no "centralized bureaucracy micromanaging what should be a state-led responsibility."
It does not mean no federal support for education.

Returning Education to the States
