Tucker Carlson claims, "Unconditional surrender" means foreign troops get to rape your wife and daughter if they want, and everyone knows that."
Did the U.S. demand Japan's unconditional surrender in World War II because "everyone knew" that would mean the rape of Japanese women and girls?
This is extremely offensive for Carlson to suggest.
