Tammy Baldwin was elected to the U.S. Senate in 2012.
As of March 2018, 20 percent of poll respondents "haven't heard enough" to determine a favorable or unfavorable rating.
She has served Wisconsinites for nearly a full term in the Senate and 20 percent "haven't heard enough."
Not good.
Apparently, she hasn't been doing anything noteworthy. Six years and 20 percent don't know her.
