From FOX News:
At least 11 people – including children – drowned after a duck boat capsized and sank in a southern Missouri lake Thursday night, according to media reports.
At least five other passengers were missing as of late Thursday, the Kansas City Star reported.
People at a restaurant watched as the boat went under. This video from a witness is chilling.

I've been a passenger on the duck boats in the Dells more times than I can count, but I never was on a duck during a storm.
Conditions on the lake were awful.
Why was the duck out there during a severe storm?
The duck boat tours include a mix of land and water. Why didn't the duck stay on land when the water became so dangerous? Perhaps conditions deteriorated so rapidly it was too late to respond.
This is horrible. It's such a terrible tragedy.
