I don't have a good feeling about this.
Granted, the team is a mess, but I don't think firing Mike McCarthy at this point in the season is the solution. It seems to be a move meant to appease a diva. (Happy Birthday, Aaron Rodgers!)
I'd be more comfortable with the Packers "parting ways" with McCarthy in the off-season rather than a few hours after a loss on Sunday afternoon.
Just talked to Mike McCarthy. Had nothing but praise for the Packers organization. “Im proud I was part of the Packers family, proud to be part of such a great organization.” Said his main focus tonight is his family.
