Ronil Singh enforced the law for a living.
Gustavo Perez Arriaga repeatedly broke the law as a way of life. He is a criminal that never should have been in our country.
Ronil Singh died because Arriaga was in the United States when he shouldn't have been.
We must protect Americans from criminals. Obstructing efforts to do so is unconscionable.
