Cuomo and the Death Penalty

The death penalty is morally indefensible and has no place in the 21st century. Today, in solidarity with @pontifex and in honor of my father, I will be advancing legislation to remove the death penalty from State law once and for all. https://t.co/BxFvym4YTB

It takes a lot of gall to claim to be in solidarity with Pope Francis after signing a bill ensuring that the slaughter of the unborn remains legal in New York.

A woman can have her baby killed at any point in the pregnancy. A baby just about to be born can be killed. It is morally indefensible.

Cuomo doesn't stand in solidarity with Pope Francis and the Catholic Church.
