Joe Biden wants to teach parents how to raise their kids and enrich the home environment.
Joe's plan:
JOE BIDEN: We bring social workers into homes, and parents, to help them deal with how to raise their children. It's not that they don't want to help. They don't know quite what to do. Play the radio. Make sure the television, excuse me, make sure you have the record player on at night, the, the phone. Make sure the kids hear words. What? "Make sure you have the record player on at night"?
Yikes.
There's so much wrong with Biden's response. He says parents want to help their children but they don't know what to do. His solution is to bring in government workers to share skills with parents, like playing the radio. Parents don't know they need to have the record player on at night. They need to be taught.
This is the Democrat front-runner?
Right.
Unbelievable.
I say this completely seriously.

What the bloody hell was this answer from Joe Biden?
From the dismissive smirk, to talking about "play the radio, make sure you have the record player on at night." Then went to talk about Venezuela and Nicolas Maduro?#DemDebate pic.twitter.com/PazYagTVuq
