Every day Joe Biden is speaking in a public forum is a bad day for him and a bad day for the Democrats.

In response to a question, Biden told a woman, "You are a lying dog-faced pony soldier."

What is a "lying dog-faced pony soldier"?

Biden did call the woman a liar. That's clear.

The "dog-faced pony soldier" stuff is more difficult to decipher.
