Today we announced our Badger Bounce Back plan. This plan takes the steps Wisconsin needs to take to decrease #COVID19 cases and deaths and increase capacity in our healthcare system so that a phased reopening of businesses is possible and we can get people back to work. #Thread pic.twitter.com/NGumdKmpjz

In order to turn the dial on Safer at Home and supercharge the Badger Bounce Back, we must:
— Governor Tony Evers (@GovEvers) April 20, 2020
➡️Access more testing and labs
➡️Expand contact tracing
➡️Aggressively track the spread
➡️Access more #PPE and supplies
➡️Increase healthcare system capacity
As part of that plan the state will be working to increase access to more testing and expand lab capacity. Under the Badger Bounce Back plan, the goal is that everyone who needs a test gets a test.

Next, the state will be expanding contact tracing and more aggressively tracking the spread with the goal that every Wisconsinite who tests positive being interviewed within 24 hrs of receiving their test results and their contacts being interviewed within 48 hrs of test results.
— Governor Tony Evers (@GovEvers) April 20, 2020
Additionally, the state will continue to pursue every avenue to grow Wisconsin’s supply of personal protective equipment #PPE for healthcare and public safety entities to conduct COVID-19 testing, patient care, and public safety work.

Finally, the plan works to bolster healthcare system capacity where patients can be treated without crisis care and there are more robust testing programs in place for at-risk healthcare workers.

In tandem, Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation is laying the groundwork to get Wisconsin businesses back on their feet and workers back to work as soon as it is safe to do so. ⬇️ pic.twitter.com/J5cHRogzPl

Turning the dial through the Badger Bounce Back will get our state moving again and get people back to work. More importantly it will allow us to stay open once we re-open.

Wisconsinites have had to make enormous sacrifices to slow the spread of COVID-19, but we are resilient and we will bounce back. #BadgerBounceBack

In sum, Evers wants to keep Wisconsinites out of work and under his tyrannical orders for as long as possible. He has no interest in helping the suffering citizens of Wisconsin.
Evers doesn't want us to have our lives back.
Given the models, given the data, given the science, given all that we've learned about the Wuhan Coronavirus, Evers' current draconian measures must be lifted on a reasonable timeline.
Evers is ignoring the science and misleading Wisconsinites.
This "Badger Bounce Back" plan is unreasonable.
Remember, Evers' loses his emergency powers after 60 days.
Also, thank the framers for our Constitution. Thank them for our Bill of Rights.
This pandemic does not permit the government to take away our liberty.

"Badger Bounce Back?" Are you kidding me? Who dreams up this juvenile tripe?
Someone ought to remind the Governor he's no longer in school. Wisconsinites are not grade school children. (Or are we??)
"Roll up our sleeves?" This is life and death but the man is acting like it's a pep rally. He doesn't have a clue!
And Trump started it with his "Invisible Enemy" crap.
Are Wisconsinites really persuaded by this cartoonish nonsense?
It's the flu! Get over it and get on with living.
Are there no adults in the room???
