Why should our tax dollars fund an organization that failed so catastrophically?
Actions have consequences.
We can't have a World Health Organization that fails us in a pandemic—but that's what happened.

Don't let Dems & the media tell you otherwise: The WHO did more to aid China's cover-up than protect the world from COVID-19.@realDonaldTrump is right to halt U.S. taxpayer funding. https://t.co/UQLcqrA103
Everyone forgets when the World Health Organization reacted to Trump limiting travel from China by saying that move created "fear and stigma, with little public health benefit" https://t.co/xZlMgcviIY

The World Health Organization failed the people it allegedly serves, the people of the world.
It assisted the Chinese Communist regime in its coverup.
Suspending funding seems to be an almost inadequate response, given the magnitude and gravity of the situation.
At the very least, funding to the WHO should be suspended. We should not be paying to keep up an incompetent, and perhaps corrupt, organization.
Why be so bent out of shape because the US is suspending funding? One gets the impression that all the other countries of the world don't pay their fair share.
Remember, the president made clear that halting funding to the WHO does not mean that the US would stop providing humanitarian aid and medical assistance around the world.
