Democrats are hiding Biden in his basement to keep as many Americans as possible from witnessing his obvious cognitive decline. Biden's refusal to come to Milwaukee, host of the Democrat National Convention, has nothing to do with COVID-19. He's not capable of delivering a speech in public.
