Chicago is a disaster.

Mayor Lori Lightfoot is failing the city's residents. She's the mayor and she didn't know about the rioting and looting taking place in her city until she woke up the following morning. Lightfoot is an awful mayor.

All those stores and businesses looted by lawless thugs should not rebuild. They should relocate where they can be safe and prosper.

This is what happens when you vilify and defund the police.
