Leading Cause of Death 2020 - Abortion

The leading cause of death in 2020 was not dying "from" COVID-19 or even dying "with" COVID-19.

Abortion was the leading cause of death in 2020.

Data provided by Worldmeter revealed that as of December 31, there were 42.7 million unborn babies killed by abortion in 2020. That number far outpaced cancer, which came in at 8.2 million, smoking at 5 million, COVID-19 at 1.8 million, and HIV/AIDS with 1.7 million deaths.
Worldwide, abortion caused more deaths than cancer, smoking, alcohol, HIV/AIDS, malaria, automobile accidents, and COVID-19 combined.
